I did my deposit via normal PayNow, now KB99BET is telling me they need to find the TPK, without crediting my deposit. My deposit was made on 1833, and I am still waiting as of 2044.

i dont know what I am waiting for, and this is the level of customer service rendered by a old time agent here.

Like, I am responsible for their mistakes or lack of clear communication, also no way to verify if they really cannot access my transfer or just some lame excuse.

i asked for PayNow, you gave me PayNow by VPA, but didn't inform, so I am expected to know when I see #XNAP, I must know that it's PayNow by VPA, eh?

I did correctly in March because the operator clearly told me to select PayNow by VPA option, why didn't you tell me today? black and white already available for the whole world to read, you still want to double down it is the customer's fault.

Final conclusion, KB99BET think they have no fault at all, going to assume 0 responsibility. Everyone, please read the level of service they are providing below and judge for yourself. I will be highly sceptical of using them based on this incident alone.





Truly, absolutely shocking that an agent thinks that the account holder he hires from has absolutely nothing to do with KB99Bet, totally separate issue. Next time they will tell you the runner they send to deposit your winnings to you run road, they won't assume any responsibility.

Be aware punters, know that when KB99BET gives you a PAYNOW with #XNAP behind, they expect you to know automatically its is VPA. You are expected to be a banking expert.
