I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent withdrawal request of $5,640 made at 1:00 AM on February 1, 2026. I received confirmation that the withdrawal was in process at 2:00 AM, followed by a notification at 3:34 AM about bank maintenance. Upon waking at 10:56 AM, I found my account locked with claims of a requested bank account change and unauthorized betting activities.

Furthermore, Iplay9 stated that the payment was sent to my father due to a shared surname, Chong, allegedly requested through from webpage. This platform has proven unreliable. Despite my requests for a call, I have only received messages stating an internal check showed no server issues.

Hello everyone, I need your opinion. Who has access to my account and knows my withdrawal amount or communicates with the server? Iplay9 generally state that I only share my password with family or close friends.
