Beware of Lion City Bets， All players please be my judge!

I have betted with Lion City for close to 5 years but at the end I was not even treated like a valued customer! On last wed 31/05/2023 my numerous bets of more than 3 was rejected by CMD saying that I had insufficient funds when my betting account clearly has. These bets turn out to be winning bets but when my bets were accepted, the bets happened are all losing bets.

Attached are my bets records for all to see and judge. In the end, I was being treated like a fool by Lion City and told to wait for CMD to clarify with them which I have waited till today, 03/06/2023 but no damn answers and compensation whatsoever from Lion City Bets.
Really felt cheated and disgusted!

Can even have the cheek to say I am threatening them, lol. 做贼先喊冤！

With regards to this post, we would like to share with everyone on what really happened and clarify our stance on this matter.

Member informed us that he can't bet on CMD even though he has a $237 credit. The information shared was a screenshot that said error was due to insufficient funds.

Thus, we have to take the initiative to contact CMD as they are our external provider. CMD has yet replied to this issue and logically the reason for failing to bet due to "insufficient funds" is definitely either a system error from CMD but we also cannot rule out the possibility that the member had placed a bet higher than his available credit.

We have been constantly communicating with the member to assure him that once CMD admits that if the problem existed due to their system, or did not reply us, LionCityBet will reimburse the balance of $237 out of goodwill.

However, the member doesn't seek an amicable solution and requested a compensation of $600 instead. Reason for the compensation is that he will win the bet and that is absurb.

In conclusion, our stand remains the same. We will disburse the money next Sunday if CMD doesn't reply or CMD confirmed that at that point of time when the bet is placed, there was a technical error. There is also a personal arrangement made between LionCityBet and this particular member.

We have been in this industry for almost a decade and we have thousands of members. Thus, our protocol ensures fairness to all parties and we will not succumb to threats.
